After
shooting in the 2001Texas State Longbow Championship, I decided that I did not
want myself or my customers to be in a position to have to change bows for one shoot because of
limitations that were placed on the riser thickness from belly to back. I
reduced the core riser on the 21st Edge from 1" to 3/4" to marry the
efficiencies of the 21st Edge with this thinner riser version. The Lone Star is
not a bow that replaces the 21st Edge, but it is an alternative for someone who
needs or prefers an efficient bow with a bit thinner riser.

Draw Curve
 | Another advancement in longbow limb design, reflex to D shape at brace height.
|
 | A longbow designed to meet the
major organization rules, in the U.S. and abroad. Limbs show no reflex at brace
height.
|
 | Flat trajectory makes the new 21st EDGE easy to aim, smooth
on release, and quite. Just what every bow hunter is looking for in a longbow.
|
 | You will find that the 21st
EDGE is an easy bow to match arrows to.
|
 | With 21st
Century limb design you can choose any bow length for any draw length out to
32 inches, The longer bow will be faster than the shorter length and will feel a
little smoother with the longer limb acting as a more efficient lever.
|
Bow Weight, is measured to match the arrow draw length and is measured from
the arrow nock on the string at full draw to the front of the arrow shelf, this
seems to be the easiest way for most archers to calculate their draw weight. (
the AMO standard for draw length is measured from the nock to the pivot point at
the grip plus one and three quarters inch).
The bows come with a Endless loop string made of 450+ string material, Bow
Case, Bow Stringer and a Hat Pin.
